<c9b1e64d> hi guys! I know i’m never on this channel anymore, but I know there are some super smart people here (like <@U07MMSG8M>) that might be able to help look good at a new job. So, I was hired as a full stack dev and know very little about devops (although i’ve kinda crammed on Docker and k8s lately). My first assignment is to review our various build/deploy jobs/pipelines we have in Jenkins and figure out a way to streamline into a single (or at least just a few) pipelines. Our applications are built as microservices so for example the pipelines for various node.js apps are basically redundant aside from a few specific variables. I’ve been reading about using the Jenkins Shared Libraries, but wondering if there is another way of thinking about this or some discussions/reading materials anyone might point me towards. I’m in a little over my head, but I’m a quick study. Thanks!
