— As part of an ongoing investigation involving the Austin Police Department, the Travis County District Attorney&rsquo;s Office and the FBI, three individuals were arrested Friday in connection with crimes that occurred on May 31 of looting, burglarizing, and damaging property at the Target retail store in Capital Plaza. The three people arrested are known members of a local anti-government group, which is a self-identified communist/socialist ANTIFA group.
