<75f07d61> There is certainly a balance that needs to be maintained. I view it more of a cycle. Like we ramp up debt so there can be a slaughter. In those conditions opportunity comes in the form of discounts – things going on sale. It also serves as a lesson of what not to do. However weve been avoiding corrections and it seems industries expect government bailouts.

Since this is the way of the game – maybe take on this approach…
Start a registered business.
Take on debt after a major downturn to invest.
Pay it off as soon as possible.
Build up cash reserves before the next correction.
When the next correction hits, buy the things on sale with your cash reserves.
Take advantage of any bailouts.
Repeat.
<75f07d61> any of yall read grapes of wrath? remember that part where people are selling off family heirlooms out of desperation? then you get the people haggling over deep discounts. thats what i expect in these scenarios.
